All captured and recorded information can be programmed and managed through our CAFM system and to ensure business continuity, we will provide a full report to the client on our findings with condition report and asset verification whether operational or not. The report will highlight key actions and a proposal will be made for necessary repairs across the project and a suggested list of spares required ensuring continued operation of the plant and equipment being maintained. For engineering services an accurate labor loading will be completed, taking into consideration planned and reactive maintenance hours per assets/location. The cumulated hours will be divided per skill required to deliver the service such as air conditioning technician, electricians, assistant and helper, a further consideration will be the criticality and working patterns required for specific sites which may require resident technicians.
